We do not threaten anyone and we also openly said that we did not mean to target you. You seem to be pretty disturbed Prashant, which made us wonder whether to react to your posts or not. But you asked for it, so here we are..

DU Semester System: So, how exactly do you propose this should have been done? Perhaps you are suggesting that there should have been Remuneration adjustments first, and then implementation of semester system? The point was not whether semester system implementation at DU is correct or not, the point is the way DUTA reacted to the entire episode....the trend that is being spotted in Universities across India. Shouting slogans, Abusing/Manhandling of a reputed person in public, taking out शवयात्रा for a person...is this the way of the educated? If there is some political organization exhibiting such behavior, it is understandable (not acceptable still), but the individuals involved here are highly qualified faculty members. Do you support this?

I do not support or condone anything.. India unfortunately happens to be the land of extremes. The situations that can be resolved by dialog are instead solved by media. So while a Mr paintal goes ahead and announces to the media that semester system will be imposed without resolving it with the teachers first, the teachers take it to the streets. sorry state oif affairs of my homeland, which is why I choose to leave, never to come back....

And furthermore, the pay scale of DU teachers already exceeds the scale of a number of State/National Universities operating the semester system.

It is Jadavpur University, not Jabalpur University. This whole story of Cell Phone jammers is a BIG LIE propagated @ the Facebook group. There is no basis or truth to this, no such action has been proposed or planned by the University. Why do you take everything said by Facebookers as absolute truth? Come on, you are a great guy, with exceptional achievements, outstanding academic qualifications, a rising star in the academia, almost a candidate for the next Nobel Prize, yadda yadda yadda ....use a little reason. If you say every individual has the right to privacy, then every Institute has the right to security. Have you already forgotten the tragic fight that happened in recent past, should that not prompt the University authorities to take some steps? If they do it, you scream...if they don't you scream still! The OMV card is being implemented precisely to restrict the entry of external elements inside the campus, and put more accountability on Teachers to respect their time schedule, and this is surely causing some flutter and worry.

if it is just a matter of security then perhaps giving id cards with swipe access should be enough.. or better vigilance by the security personnel at the entry points.. I dont care if the walls have to be barricaded by electrified barbed wire but in my head rights of an individual far exceed the rights of a collective or an institution.. In any world class university as is so eloquently put about DTU, teachers and students are given the freedom to do what they please with their time and accountability is examined through their performance. If a teacher expects to go home during his off time then he is allowed to do so in most places of this planet, without him to have punch in his timmings..

Innovation/Incubator/Entrepreneurship: These are initiatives, that can only bear fruits over a period of time. But aren't you happy that something has finally been put in place? That there now exists a possibility of something happening, somewhat supported by a system. You talk about real companies coming out of this initiative (and you think it can happen right away!), how many such have come out of Indian Institutes anyways? Can you present some statistics from IIT's or other Top 10 Institutes? It does not happen overnight and it did not happen overnight in your adapted home, America.

granted it did not happen overnight in my adapted country, a good intent was there to begin with. everywhere in US whereever there are tech incubation centers, entrepreneurs in residence are hired, annual business plan competitions are held and winners are provided with stage zero capital, students are taught entrepreneurial accounting, how to accure capital, how to approach Venture Capitalists .. i dont see any of those.. and unless those are in place, it is just a waste of time and effort and tax payers money..

Finally, If we were in any way directly connected to PBS, you would not have to wait for some kind of communication with your Supervisors/University officials. This would have already happened. The very fact that this has not, demonstrates that we are not having any intention whatsoever to personally target you. The matter was related to your doings on Facebook (where you were/are the only alumni participating actively). You showed disrespect to your Alma Mater, the head of an Institute and above all, a Government of India Employee. Disagreement, Dissent is different from Abuse, YOU ABUSED.

Baseless Allegations that you leveled against PBS. The objective was not to instigate students?


baseless?? you call them baseless?? students were beaten up in my campus.. yes that disturbed me..it should disturb any and everyone that has ever been a part of that campus.. it was the responsibility of the VC, warden, security officer and all of those officials to keep students safe..the lathi charge incident, even if sh PBS doesnt order it, he does nothing to actually protect the students..granted they were protesting against him but they are still his students.. He has no right to stand idle and do nothing about something like this.. and i did not mean to instigate nor was it my intention but my abuses were directed at him for he was responsible for all these occurrences.. period!! if something like this happens again, he is responsible period!!












Is that how you address the head of an Institute Prashant? (PBS becomes Pabbu, what do you call Dr. Govind Agarwal? Govindu? Gondu? Aggu?! Haggu?!). Is this what is the worth of all your academic qualifications and credentials? Is this the role model what you claim you are? And is SOB another American Clan? Last I know it was an ABUSE, whether in Jhumri Talaiyya or Rochester.

SOB is son of a bitch and yes it is an abuse and yes i used it only one time when students were attacked on campus if they are again, I will come out and say it again. regardless of weather it is ordered by PBS or not, if it happens, since DTU is now autonomous, it is his responsibility as the VC

Aren't these serious, unfounded lies you propagated, to make the most of an unfortunate incident? You leveled criminal allegations against a Government Employee, do you even know the consequences should a legal proceeding be initiated on this matter? Please do... i would love to see that happen.. thats the beauty of democracy, anyone can allege anything..but my allegations werent baseless.. my basis was one simple truth, students were beaten on campus an autonomous campus of which VC has the full administrative control. Even if he doesnt pick up the phone and order a hit on the students himself, It happened on his campus and he is responsible..

This is where you claim DTU degree will have no value when applying for foreign universities..Clear instigation and causing fear amongst students...










For your information, after the conversion to DTU and in spite of the unjustified student agitation, here are the latest rankings:

see the problem is you call it unjustified.. who are u to call it unjustified?? and the most interesting aspect of the CON perpetrated by PBS escapes you... right now DCE has JUST been renamed DTU. so the rankings that you cLAIM AS THAT OF dtu ARE ACTUALLY dce'S. YOU CAN call a dog a cat but it will still bark.. and the placements you claims as DTUs are also DCEs and the surge you see in those are just a temporary relief from global recession.. so before you put your victory paint on and start dancing around the fire, understand that these are not your achievements.. these are the achievements of the brand name which now stands destroyed.. first bacth of DTU kids come out in 2013.. lets talk then,,,

even now students coming out of that campus are DCE students with transcripts attested by DU registrar.. wait till 2013 when these very applications are sealed in a DTU envelope.. i assure you these rankings will be meaningless, those packets WILL NOT be OPENED..






What do you say now? D'oh. DTU continues to make waves, for the first time there are tie-up with reputed Institutes/Universities, MoU's with companies like Lockheed Martin, the list goes on. see sh PBS is very good at making news.. he is the academic version of a parlour trick magician..he waves his hand one way and they other way is where the real stuff happens.. it called the sleight of the hands.. so these MOUs are nothing.. does lockheed martin actually give DTU money to build anything?? hell noo!! just a media circus.. an MOU just means that DTU will be working on projects of interest to LM (for FREEEE!!!) this is just BULLSHIT!!! a camouflage really and just making waves which will die down eventually with no real output.. and tie ups with institutions?? again wats the basis of the collaborations?? money?? equipment?? troubles is such MOUs existed in my time too.. i was present when some of them were being signed.. but that is what they were.. bunch of bullshit.. and being a majiority doesnt mean you are right and being a minority doesnt mean I am wrong.. In my adapted country, they are just that, students projects self-financed by students..imagine if this 20 lakh were to be given to a faculty as a startup money as is given in world class institutions, that is what would make DCE
truly world class

the basis of my beef with PBS is just this.. converting DCE to dTU has achieved nothing in particular.. this weekend, i will reply to the reply posted by you.. to the save dce message allegations.. I know they may or may not be true but your reply tells me they definitely are..
